PERSONAL INJURIES COMPENSATION.

I beg to move: "That a sum not exceeding £200,550 be granted to complete the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending 31st March, 1924, for compensation in respect of personal injuries or death." A sum of £300,000 had been voted on account.

Question put and agreed to.

I do not want to rush the next Vote, which is for £1,640,055 for Superannuation and Retired Allowances, if Deputies wish to take up the other matters on the Order Paper.

I suggest that you should leave it over.

Then I think we had better take Deputy Figgis's motion.
