Vol. 3 No. 17

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ ORAL ANSWERS. ] - BALLINA HIBERNIAN HALL.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is yet in a position to say when the Hibernian Hall, Ballina, can be handed over to the owners; further, can he state what arrangements were entered into between the military authorities and the proprietors of the hall before it was taken over, and whether those arrangements have been carried out.

It is not yet possible to say when the Hibernian Hall will be handed back to the owners. No definite arrangements were made when the hall was taken over, but work in a civilian capacity was found for the caretaker for a period.
