CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ ORAL ANSWERS. ] - CHARGES AGAINST CO. KILDARE MEN.

asked the Minister for Defence if the Committee of officers appointed (as stated in reply to Question 12 of the 18th inst.) to inquire into the charges against James and John Jacob, Thomas Cross, and Thomas Dunne, of Drimroe, Rathangan, Co. Kildare, has yet issued a report, and if they have recommended the release of those men; whether he is aware that well-known local Army officers can vouch for the men; and whether the Minister will have them released.

The men are being released.
