asked the President whether the proposed Fiscal Commission of Inquiry will be authorised to investigate the incidence of taxation, and the best means of adjusting that incidence equitably, when inquiring into the most suitable forms of direct and indirect taxation in Saorstát Eireann; and whether he is now in a position to state the terms of reference of that Commission and to give the names of its members.
