UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE BILL—FROM THE SEANAD.

Permission is asked to take the Unemployment Insurance Bill, which has been returned from the Seanad.

Agreed.

There is a recommendation from the Seanad. It will not be necessary, I think, to go into Committee upon it.

Recommendation—In Sub-Section (2) line 2 to delete the words "and before the passing of this Act" read a second time.

I propose that we accept the recommendation of the Seanad. It is merely a drafting recommendation.

Question: "That the Dáil agree with the Seanad in this recommendation," put and agreed to.
