Andrew Caddell was arrested on the 21st April, and is at present detained in Mullingar Barracks. He has been charged with being an active Irregular before a Committee of Officers and recommended for detention. Under the circumstances, he has not been given the option of signing the usual undertaking, and it is not the present intention to release him.
