I beg to move the Second Reading of the Rathdown No. 1 Waterworks Provisional Order (Confirmation) Bill, 1923. I think the Minister explained the matter when he asked for leave to introduce the Bill, which is more or less the result of the change that has taken place. It is necessitated by reason of that change. This was formerly dealt with by Provisional Order, but there is no such provision at present I accordingly move the Second Reading.
