NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE BILL, 1923. - NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE BILL, 1923.—FOURTH STAGE.

I move: "That the Bill be received for final consideration."

I second.

I move as an amendment, to insert a new Section before Section 10, i.e.:—“The provisions of Proviso (e) to Sub-section 1 of Section 14 of the Act of 1918, requiring the payment of a fee by a member of an Approved Society on terminating his membership shall not apply in the case of any person who becomes a member of an Approved Society in Saorstát Eireann on the 1st July, 1923, in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this part of this Act, and who gives notice within six months from the passing of this Act of his desire to terminate his membership.”
