Vol. 3 No. 30

[WRITTEN ANSWERS.] - CLAIM RE MOTOR BICYCLE.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will have the claim of Patrick O'Reilly, 29 Bolton Street, Dublin, for the return of his motor cycle, investigated; whether he is aware that repeated applications for its return have been made, without reply; that the cycle, according to the statement of Mr. O'Reilly, was taken by Lieutenant J. J. Roch, 29th Batt., Curragh Command, from a house on the claimant's farm in Co. Wicklow on April 13th.

The motor bicycle was seized on suspicion in the course of a raid. Arrangements are now being made for its return.
