The rule-making authority of the County Court Judges is at present engaged in drafting rules of Court under the Damage to Property (Compensation) Act. It will not be possible to give the information asked for in the question until these rules are ready, which it is hoped will be next week. The Deputy is aware of the fact that a large number of small claims has been dealt with in Dublin.
