I move:—
"That, for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to regulate the appointment and service of persons in the Civil Service of the Government of Saorstát Eireann, and to establish a body of Commissioners to inquire into and certify the qualifications of persons proposed to be appointed, it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, of the remuneration of the Commissioners and their officers and such other expenses of carrying such Act into effect as may be incurred by the Commissioners."
