I am asked to answer this question for the Minister. The report of the Canal Commission was received on the 31st July. It is a long report, which will be published as soon as I have had an opportunity to consider it. Obviously I am not in a position to make any statement of the intentions of the Ministry in respect of a report received only two days ago.
