CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - GLASTHULE CYCLIST'S CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that the claim of Mr. Christopher O'Toole, of Glasthule, Co. Dublin, for damage done to his bicycle in a collision with an Army tender on February 12th last, is still under consideration, and whether he will take steps to expedite a decision in this matter.

It is regretted that there has been a delay in dealing with the matter. The case will be disposed of forthwith.
