CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - EX-SOLDIER'S CLAIM FOR PENSION.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will consider the case of Patrick Gibbons, Fair Green, Naas, for a pension, as this man is a complete invalid, the result of Army services, particulars of which have already been furnished.

It is regretted that the case of Patrick Gibbons does not come within the scope of the Army Pensions Act, 1923.
