Vol. 5 No. 19

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - CLARE COMPENSATION AWARD.

PADRAIG O hOGAIN

asked the Minister for Finance whether any compensation award has yet been made in respect of the late Patrick Morrissy, Lysaght's Lane, Ennis, who was killed by Black and Tans on June 24th, 1921, at Ennis; and whether, in view of the circumstances of the parents of the deceased, the matter will now receive immediate attention.

This claim is already receiving attention, and there will be no avoidable delay in reaching a decision.
