QUESTION ON THE ADJOURNMENT.

I beg to give notice that on the motion for the adjournment I will call attention to the question of the precautions taken to prevent Foot and Mouth disease entering this country, and as regards the enforcement of the regulations; and also the question of the treatment and detention of our live stock at the English ports.
