Vol. 6 No. 40

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - COMPENSATION FOR CATTLE KILLED.

asked the Minister for Defence whether compensation has yet been paid to Thos. Kelly, of Ballybane, Claremorris, and Pat Duffy, of Meelickmore, Claremorris, on account of cattle killed by a military lorry between Brickens and Bekan Station on 17th March, 1923, and, if not, whether he will see that these long outstanding claims are finally paid.

The claims of Thomas Kelly and Patrick Duffy are at present under investigation. They will be decided at an early date.
