Vol. 7 No. 2

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - PAYMENT FOR POLLING BOOTH.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state why payment has not yet been made to Mrs. Honoria Egan, Main Street, Charlestown, Co. Mayo, for the use of her house as a polling booth in the East Mayo constituency in the General Election of 1922.

The Returning Officer states that on the 5th April, 1923, a cheque was sent to Mrs. Honorita Egan in payment for the use of her house as a polling station. This cheque was not cashed, and a duplicate was sent to Mrs. Egan on the 3rd instant.
