SECTION 1.
DAIL IN COMMITTEE. - GARDA SIOCHANA BILL, 1924—(THIRD STAGE).
The maximum figures in the First Schedule include a margin of about 1,000 over the minimum estimate required to provide for the possible necessity for extra stations, and increased strength of stations. The actual working maximum will be fixed from time to time with the consent of the Minister for Finance.

Sections 2 to 16 inclusive put and agreed to.
SECTION 17.
It seems to me that a Money Resolution will be necessary for this Bill on this section. I do not think you can get the section passed without a Money Resolution.

That necessitates the postponement of further consideration, from Section 16, until to-morrow. I will have the Money Resolution circulated to Deputies, but it probably will not appear on the Order Paper.
