Vol. 7 No. 10

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - ARDFERT (KERRY) CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he received in May, 1923, a claim for compensation from the relatives of the late Mr. Daniel O'Driscoll, of East Commons, Ardfert, Kerry, who was shot by British Forces on April 9th, 1921; whether this claim has been considered by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee, and, if so, with what result, and whether payment of compensation is likely to be made in the near future in this case.

This case will be heard by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee at Killarney on Thursday next, and their report will be furnished to me in due course.
