Vol. 7 No. 17

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CROSSABEG CLAIM AGAINST ARMY.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state when it is proposed to pay compensation to Mrs. Murphy, Saunderscourt, Crossabeg, Co. Wexford, who, when driving an ass and cart at Kitestown, Crossabeg, in January, 1923, was run down by a military lorry.

The necessary procedure in connection with Mrs. Murphy's claim is not yet completed. I hope to communicate a decision in the case at an early date.
