CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - COMPENSATION FOR WOUNDED SOLDIER.

EAMON O DUBHGHAILL

asked the Minister for Defence whether it is intended to compensate Volunteer Daniel Burke, late of the National Army, who was wounded in the fight at Ballymakeera, on the 5th of December, 1922, and was discharged on the 19th of November, 1923, as medically unfit.

Payment of a pension to Mr. Burke will commence forthwith.
