Vol. 7 No. 20

CRIMINAL JUSTICE (ADMINISTRATION) BILL, 1924.—FIRST STAGE.

I move for leave to introduce this Bill. The object of it is to modernise certain forms of indictment which are statutory under the existing law and which are somewhat archaic and feudal in their phraseologies. It is a rather urgent Bill, and in view of the setting up of the new courts we would be anxious to have it passed this Session.

Agreed. Second Stage ordered for Wednesday, 11th June.
