Vol. 7 No. 21

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - LETTERKENNY ASYLUM ATTENDANTS.

asked the Minister for Justice if he can state whether two attendants, who are on strike, of the Letterkenny Asylum were arrested because of their refusal to give their names in English, and, if so, if he will state what steps, in view of the provisions of Article 4 of the Constitution, it is proposed to take in the matter.

I have inquired into this matter and I am informed that no such arrests were made. The second part of the question does not, therefore, seem to arise.
