Vol. 7 No. 24

CEISTEANNA.—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - EX-SOLDIER'S PENSION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence if he has received an application for a pension under the Army Pensions Act, 1923, from Micheal O'Sullivan, Railway Protection and Maintenance Corps, No. 1157, who was wounded while on duty at Albert Quay Railway Station on the Cork, Bandon, and South Coast Railway on March 5th, 1923, and if he will expedite an early hearing and payment of whatever compensation that may be granted in this case.

Mr. O'Sullivan's application has been received. Owing to the large number of claims for wound pensions I regret that it will not be possible to reach a decision in his case until some time in July.
