Vol. 7 No. 24

QUESTION ON ADJOURNMENT. - DISMISSED AND RESIGNED R.I.C. MEN.

I desire to give notice that on or before the adjournment I will ask the Minister for Finance to make a short statement with regard to the failure of his Department to pay pensions that have been so long promised to resigned and dismissed members of the R.I.C. I have been forced to ask him to make some statement, in view of the fact that the Deputies on these Benches have been practically inundated with complaints from the men concerned from day to day.
