CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - GORTAHORK (TIRCONAILL) CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he has received an account on various occasions from Mr. Hugh O'Duffy, of Gortahork, Tirconaill, for the sum of £15; whether this account is long outstanding, and if he will state when payment may be expected.

An account has been received from Mr. O'Duffy for professional fees in respect of valuation of furniture. It will be considered by the Office of Public Works, which Department is responsible for the settlement of claims arising out of military occupation of premises. Settlement of the account will be expedited.
