Vol. 7 No. 28

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - ENNIS APPLICATION FOR WOUND PENSION.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will expedite the consideration of the case of Patrick Mahony, Old Mill Street, Ennis, for a pension in respect of wounds received by him in action at Tralee, and in consequence of which he was discharged from the National Army as totally incapacitated.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply given to a question asked by Mr. Connor Hogan regarding the case on the 22nd February last. Mr. Mahony has not yet returned the form of application. Another has now been sent to him.
