CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ARMY MOTOR HIRAGE.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state whether payment of the amount due to Mr. James Power, Tulla, Co. Clare, in respect of motor hirage to the National Army in 1922 will be expedited.

Accounts amounting to £22 10s. were received from Mr. Power in respect of motor hirage in July, 1922, and February, 1923, and in respect of motor repairs done in the latter month. These accounts were assessed in accordance with authorised rates, and payments amounting to £15 14s. were made on the 29th February and the 25th March last.
