Vol. 8 No. 14

DÁIL IN COMMITTEE. - DAIL RESUMES.

Bill as amended on recommittal reported.

There were sixty-five amendments on the paper, of which sixty-two were taken. Amendment 65 falls consequentially on another amendment. Amendments 63, 64, and 35, which were postponed, are, therefore, now dropped. The order is that the Bill, as amended, be printed, and that the Report Stage be taken next Wednesday.

Mr. HOGAN

In order to save misunderstanding, I wish to say that I propose to bring forward two amendments —at least two out of these three. In view of the fact that one of them is most important, I do not want it to go out that we had any intention of dropping Amendment 63 or Amendment 64.
