Vol. 8 No. 18

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - SALE OF DRAW FARM.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he can state whether the landlord of the Coolcarrigan Estate, Co. Kildare, is willing to sell the draw farm of Corduff to the Irish Land Commissioners; whether it is intended to purchase same, and, if so, when will the Commissioners be in a position to divide the land amongst the congests in the neighbourhood.

Mr. HOGAN

The Land Commission are communicating with the owner, and propose to have the lands inspected with a view to their acquisition. At this stage of the proceedings it is not possible to reply to the concluding portion of the question.
