Vol. 8 No. 22

CEISTEANNA.—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - BRITISH JUDICIAL COMMITTEE'S INVITATION.

asked the President if, having regard to the sentences in the Report made to the British Government by the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (respecting the manner of that Government's compliance with Article 12 of the Treaty), that the Committee "had thought it right to afford an opportunity to the representatives of the Irish Free State and of Northern Ireland, respectively, to put forward any considerations which, in their opinion, ought to have weight in arriving at an answer," and that "the representatives of the Irish Free State intimated that they did not desire to be heard," he will circulate to Deputies copies of the offer proferred by the Judicial Committee and of the answer returned by the Executive Council.

The papers referred to will be circulated to Deputies.
