Vol. 8 No. 22

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - ARMY ACCOUNT (KILMALLOCK)

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that the Army Authorities have not yet paid amount due to Messrs. S. B. Walsh and Son, Kilmallock, for goods supplied many months ago, although the account has been rendered in detail on many occasions, and whether he will now issue instructions that Messrs. Walsh be paid amount due without delay.

The Department of Defence is in communication with solicitors representing Messrs. Walsh and Son. Settlement of the firm's account will be effected as quickly as possible.
