Vol. 9 No. 1

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - REMAINS OF EXECUTED LIMERICK MAN.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will permit the relatives of Patrick Casey, of Ballybricken, Limerick, who was executed by the British Military Authorities on May 2nd, 1921, to remove his remains from the precincts of Cork Jail to his family burial place at Limerick.

I have not received any application of the kind suggested from the relatives of the late Patrick Casey. If they will communicate with me, I will undertake to have this matter considered and will inform them of the result.
