Vol. 9 No. 4

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - ARMY CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he will have the claim of ex-Sergeant John Hickey, Army No. 26027, Baunard, Castlelyons, for £13 9s. 6d., representing the amount of back pay due him for service in the National Army from July to October, 1922, investigated and disbursed.

Mr. Hickey's claim, which was not made until May, 1924, after a lapse of nearly two years, is being investigated as quickly as possible.
