Vol. 9 No. 10

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - LANDS FOR RELIEF OF CONGESTION.

SEAN O LAIDHIN

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state whether the lands of Houndslow, Castlepollard, Westmeath, consisting of 131 acres, the property of Mrs. O'Neill, Shane Lodge, Wilkinstown (Station, Navan), have been offered to the Land Commission by the owner, and, if so, if he will state when it is likely that these lands will be divided for the relief of congestion.

The lands referred to, from the particulars given, cannot be identified by the Land Commission. No townland named Houndslow is shown in the official list of townlands published by the Ordnance Survey. If the Deputy gets more accurate particulars, I will make inquiries.
