Vol. 9 No. 23

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CLAIM FOR MILITARY PENSION.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will expedite the payment of a military pension to Joseph Tracey, of Limerick, who was examined by a Medical Board in April, 1923, at St. Bricin's Hospital, Dublin.

A decision will be taken at a very early date on Mr. Tracey's claim under the Army Pensions Act, 1923.

The medical examination referred to by the Deputy did not relate to that claim.

Could the Minister tell us when he intends to introduce an amending Bill to the Army Pensions Act?

That would be a separate question.

It is a separate question altogether.
