Vol. 9 No. 25

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ARMY PENSIONS ACT—AMENDING BILL.

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state when he intends to introduce the Bill amending the Army Pensions Act, 1923.

I would refer the Deputy to the statement which I made here yesterday to the effect that it will not be practicable to introduce the Bill until after the Dáil reassembles in the New Year.

Will the Minister say when the Bill will be introduced?

I cannot at the moment fix a date; but it will not be any fault of mine if it is not introduced as soon as possible.
