Vol. 9 No. 25

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ARAN ISLES CLAIMS.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he can state the cause of the delay in the payment of amounts due as insurance from the late Congested Districts Board for Ireland under Policies Nos. 5816 (10/11/22), 5830 (7/5/23), and 11535 (27/6/24), to Mrs. Maria Gorham, Kilronan, Aran Isles, on account of one ass, two cows, and one yearling, which died while grazing on the Lady Guinness Estate, Killeany, Aran Isles, the property of the said Board.

Mr. HOGAN

Payment has been sanctioned in this case. The delay was due to the fact that enquiries had to be made.
