Vol. 11 No. 19

DAIL IN COMMITTEE. - LAND BONDS BILL, 1925.

I think it would be impossible at this stage to finish the Land Bonds Bill, to-day, and as the Post Office Estimate is not finished, I would be inclined to carry the Bill and the motion over and resume consideration of the Post Office Estimate. I will be prepared to take up the Land Bonds Bill on Tuesday evening.

Could the Minister give us a definite assurance as to when this Bill will come on? It has been on the Order Paper for the last three weeks and has been changed about every other day.

I propose to take it at 8.30 next Wednesday evening.

I am not in a hurry at all. I only want a definite assurance as to when it will come on.

Orders 5 and 6 discharged, to be taken on Wednesday at 8.30 p.m.
