Vol. 12 No. 2

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CASTLEREA VICTUALLER'S ACCOUNT.

asked the Minister for Finance if a claim for £47 12s. 6d. has been received from Mr. Andrew Hanson, victualler, Patrick Street, Castlerea, for meat ordered by and supplied to those in charge of the Castlerea Military Barracks from May 20th, 1922, to July 8th, 1922; whether such claim has been investigated, and if it is proposed to pay same.

The claim referred to by the Deputy has been received and referred in the usual way to the Committee appointed under the Indemnity Act, 1924, but has not yet been investigated or considered by the Committee. The question of payment does not therefore arise.
