COMMITTEE ON FINANCE. - PHOENIX PARK BILL—MONEY RESOLUTION.

I move:—

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfar, amach as airgead a shóláthróidh an tOireachtas, na costaisí fé n-a raghaidh Coimisinéirí na nOibreacha Puiblí chun aon Acht do chur i bhfeidhm a rithfar sa tSiosón so chun coinneáil suas agus regleáil Pháirc an Fhionn-uisce, Baile Atha Cliath, mar pháire puiblí, do bhuanú, agus chun ordú do chimeád ann, agus chun crícheanna eile a bhaineas leis na nithe sin.

That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas, of the expenses incurred by the Commissioners of Public Works in carrying into execution any Act of the present Session for continuing the maintenance and regulation of the Phoenix Park, Dublin, as a public park, and the preservation of order therein, and for other purposes connected therewith.

This is a formal motion. No fresh expenditure will be incurred on the Exchequer through the passage of the Phoenix Park Bill. The position will simply be that a new law will govern the administration of the Park.
