Can the President give the House the date of the agreement by which it was agreed to give this additional sum for the purpose asked for in this case?
The range of conferences and various discussions and communications that took place in connection with this extended over a period of two months; the decision, I think, has taken place in the last three weeks. The amount is £7,000.
