CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - TRANSFER OF CO. KILDARE LANDS.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he can state when the lands of Roseberry, consisting of nearly 167 acres, and Hawkfield, comprising 133 acres on the estate of Owen H. Donnelly and others, in the Barony of Connell, Co. Kildare, will be acquired and divided amongst the congests in the neighbourhood by the Land Commission, and, further, whether he will expedite transfer of those lands, as the delay is causing dissatisfaction amongst the people concerned.

Proceedings have been instituted by the Land Commission for the acquisition of the lands of Roseberry, containing 166 acres 2 roods 14 perches, and the lands of Hawkfield, containing 133 acres 0 roods 37 perches, on the estate of Owen Donnelly and others, County Kildare, and the matter is being dealt with as expeditiously as possible. The Commissioners are not at present in a position to state when these lands may be divided.
