Vol. 13 No. 3

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MACROOM MAILS.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that great dissatisfaction exists amongst the residents of Macroom at the early dispatch at 3.55 p.m. of mails; that this greatly handicaps the business community, and whether he will arrange for a later dispatch, say, at 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. as heretofore.

The question of affording a later night mail dispatch from Macroom is at present under consideration, and when a decision is arrived at I will communicate it to the Deputy.
