CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. KILDARE ESTATE—TERMS OF AGREEMENT.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he can state when the Land Commission will be in a position to fix the terms of agreement in the case of certain nonjudicial tenants on the Morris (late O'Connor-Henchy) estate, No. S. 311, situated near Ballymore-Eustace, Co. Kildare, as great inconvenience is being caused by the delay.

The estate referred to comprises 24 holdings subject to rents other than judicial rents and agreements signed by the landlord and the respective tenants under Part II. of the First Schedule to the Act, agreeing to Standard Purchase Annuities have been lodged in respect of 19 holdings. In the remaining cases, the Standard Purchase Annuities will be fixed by the Land Commission as soon as possible. There are only four cases outstanding.
