Vol. 14 No. 1

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - UNEMPLOYMENT IN KERRY.

asked the Minister for Finance whether, in view of the fact that there is much unemployment in the County of Kerry, he could not provide moneys for relief schemes for the winter months, as was done last winter.

Sums amounting in the aggregate to £35,070 have been allocated to County Kerry from the Relief Schemes Vote during the current financial year. This figure includes a sum of £6,000 recently sanctioned for schemes to be carried out under the supervision of the Land Commission.
