MONEY RESOLUTION—ENFORCEMENT OF COURT ORDERS BILL, 1926.

The Dáil went into Committee on Finance.

I move:—

"That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of the salaries of Court Messengers under any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to the execution and enforcement generally of judgments and orders of courts of justice."
