CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. GALWAY COMPENSATION REPORT.

asked the Minister for Finance whether a claim had been heard by Judge Doyle at Galway in October 1923, for compensation for the destruction of Dunmore Market House, County Galway; whether Judge Doyle had reported £475 8s. 0d. as being sufficient compensation for this destruction; whether this report had yet been considered by his Department, and, if so, with what result.

This award is subject to the condition that its amount shall be applied in reinstating the injured building, and payment can be made only as reinstatement proceeds.
