Vol. 14 No. 16

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - BRÍ CHUALANN UNTENANTED LANDS.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission intend acquiring any or all of the untenanted lands, the property of Lord Meath, Kilruddery, Brí Chualann, for the relief of uneconomic holders and landless men residing on or adjacent to this estate.

Mr. HOGAN

The Land Commission do not propose to take proceedings for the acquisition of the untenanted land on this estate. The lands, I understand, are mainly demesne and wood lands.
